5-AXIS CUTTING HEAD

All angles are calculated automatically with 5 axis cutting technology. During the cutting process, it composes the angle value automatically, which the operator needs to enter. 5 axis cutting technology is a perfect solution for vertical and angular cuts.

CNC automatically applies predetermined bevel angles, equations, and recommended cut sequences based on material thickness and amperage. This reduces operator intervention and supports repeatable, production-ready results.

Supported Cut Styles

Supported cut styles by system:
  • For XPR systems: A-cut, V-cut, X-cut, K-cut, Top-Y
  • For HPR systems: A-cut, V-cut, Top-Y
 
Thickness Coverage

The Thickness Coverage visual shows which cut styles are available by amperage and material thickness, helping users select the right process faster and plan configurations more efficiently.

Angle Capability (Angle Coverage)

The Angle Capability visual summarizes supported bevel angles (°) with True Bevel. Angle coverage may vary depending on cut style (A/V/X/K/Top-Y), material thickness, and process settings.
